Was along weekend here! We got a lot done! I am very sure to the reluctance of my wife who wanted to go to the Zoo today. She was really upset with me when I threw away a bunch of her old clothes out! They have been in the garage since we moved (3X ago)! Regardless, all of the "crap" is now maticulouisly piled in bags waiting for the garbage men to come on Tuesday! I know - that's horrible - and trust me I know I can do better for the world and enviornment but - I don't have a ton of time on my hands!
So this weekend - we got the back yard totally done, the front yard so-so, the garage (I would almost eat off the floor), the grill, the mailbox painted and a grand total of 23 bags of garbage! I am beat!
Overall we all had a great weekend though - even though we all have sun burn! Oooops! I remember back in junior high how I would take my shirt off and fry myself to a lobster to look "good" Monday back at school. Now I just hope to get some good color on my pasty white skin and hope I can loose some more weight before I have to take my shirt off somewhere in public this summer!!
Anyway - had a great weekend with the kids and their growing personalities! Man do we have a handful!
Sick of playing Spiderwick - I gave in today and went and bought Lego Star Wars for the PS2 (of course not for him...just so I didn't have to play Spiderwick again!) Damn...think about the kids parents who grew up on Harry Potter! I think I would want to stick Harry's wand up his ass by now!
Lego Star Wars.... We hav a winner! It's easy to learn (Laura who went from "I hate games...it's not my thing" - to telling me 45 minutes after playing - I want to get Guitar Hero! GO figure? Max had a blast and we could play it together! When I brought this home Max said "cool a Chocolate Monster" - meaning Chewbacca - I guess Chewy somehow resembles the great Chocolate Monsters I draw...regardless - I didn't hear about Spiderwick and fun was had by all!

Great pics! But you know I have to be the annoying PITA and beg you to take the old clothes and drop them in one of those "old clothes and shoes" boxes. Please, please, please don't send them to a landfill! No matter how gross they are! Most "clothing charities" will sort through, take out what can be sold, and then will sell the rest as "scrap fabric".
Total rockstar for cleaning out, though! And the kids are cute as little buttons! :-) Hope all is well...
